Delivery Return and Refun Policy

1. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka:
  70 Taka for home delivery, with full payment made upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). The delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka:
  Delivery charges range from 150 Taka to 500 Taka, depending on the product. Advance payment for the delivery charge is mandatory to confirm the order. Payments can be made via BKash Merchant Number: +8801789965398 (Make Payment option). Delivery time is generally 2-4 business days.

2. Payment Method

Inside Dhaka, customers pay the full amount upon receiving the product. For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance, while the rest is paid upon delivery.

3. Product Checking Before Payment

Customers are entitled to check the product in the presence of the delivery personnel before making any payments. If the customer is dissatisfied with the product's quality, they may return the item by covering the delivery charge only. Once the product is accepted, no further complaints will be entertained.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

• After Receiving Product: Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once the product is accepted. It is the customer's duty to carefully inspect the product before finalizing the payment.
• Advance Payment of Pre Order: A minimum 30% non-refundable advance is required to initiate the pre-order process. If the product is unavailable in China after confirming the pre-order, you may be eligible for a full refund. Details are outlined in the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are strictly prohibited unless extreme and unforeseen contingencies arise. Resolution may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only under the most stringent scrutiny.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Dhaka takes 1-3 business days, while outside Dhaka, it ranges between 2-4 business days. Unintentional delays may slightly affect these timelines.

7. Express Delivery & Custom Checkout

A special express delivery service is available for customers who wish to check out multiple products of their choice at their home or preferred location. This service allows customers to select a specific time and date for delivery, offering them flexibility and convenience.
