Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Pre-Order process. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your pre-order.

1. Advance Payment:
   A minimum non-refundable advance of 30% of the total price is required to initiate the pre-order process.
2. Product Unavailability:
   If the pre-ordered product becomes unavailable in China after payment, a full refund will be issued.
3. Manufacturing Defects:
   If any manufacturing defects are identified during delivery in Bangladesh, extra time may be required for a replacement. Alternatively, customers can use the advance payment towards purchasing an in-stock product instead.
4. Cancellation Fee:
   A cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment will be applied if a pre-order is cancelled after initiation.
5. Delivery Timeframe:
   The estimated delivery period is between 7 to 18 business days after pre-order confirmation and advance payment, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refund for Delays:
   If the product is not delivered within 40 business days of pre-order confirmation, a full refund will be provided without any cancellation fees.
7. Special Discounts:
   After completing their first order, customers will be eligible for special discounts on future purchases.
